Occupancy & Subletting
Well-behaved pets can be discussed. However, the apartment is leased for your exclusive use. Unauthorized subletting (including Airbnb) is strictly prohibited to guarantee safety for all residents.
Security & Trust
Visa & Residence Docs
We provide the official Proof of Accommodation (Potvrzení o zajištění ubytování) required by the Czech Ministry of Interior (OAMP) for your visa or residence permit applications.
